Paul established Concept Design Group
(CDG) in 1989. With his graduate design
background from England and Ireland he has built an enviable portfolio
of clients
including Van Den Berg Foods, Mount Juliet, Enterprise Ireland, Bank
of Ireland,
Microsoft and Lyreco. Initially a design focused company, Paul realized
the future
potential of the Internet and has positioned CDG in the forefront
of interactive
technology development. He is a member of Design Ireland (EI), the
Irish
Designers Institute (IDI) and Institute of Creative Advertising and
Design (ICAD). |

With his honours BSc degree in Production, Paul
gained a scholarship to
study a foundation of Technology and Management in Japan. He spent
a total
of six years working and living with Japanese Corporations. Paul
then went
on to work upon a technology transfer project between Japanese and
Irish
manufacturing companies. In the early nineties he was involves in
developing
market entry strategies for a supplier of systems integration and
data
capture technologies into the UK & Irish markets. The success
of the
business resulted in the company selling out to a European multinational
in
1999/2002. Early 2000 Paul became involved with SAP software, which
was
being introduced to manufacturing maintenance and field service
projects in
the Irish Market. From here Paul has concentrated on the development
of
Irish, UK and Scandinavian markets for a US supplier of MES manufacturing
execution software for the pharmaceutical sector. The solution is
based on
zero client web browser XML technology with certified interface
to SAP.

Peter Mee - CTO |

Peter has 13 years experience producing and programming
digital media and software applications, he has an undergraduate degree in
communications and a masters degree in interactive multimedia from London's
Royal College of Art.
Peter has worked with a variety of software organizations as head of programming,
development manager and CTO. He is probably the country’s most experienced
interactive programmer and has regularly been called on to consult and troubleshoot
projects for software applications games and multimedia companies.
His in-depth understanding of the development and production process as well as a
thorough creative awareness makes him the ideal project leader for large, complex
software projects.

Michele Mastroeni - Marketing & Communications

Michele Mastroeni is a Ph.D. candidate in Political
Economy at the University of Toronto where he is working on his
thesis on high-tech industries and their financing. His experience
in customer and public relations comes from a varied portfolio of
working for the NY Canadian Consulate’s Trade, Finance and
Public Relations offices, as a liaison officer for the Canadian
Department of Foreign Affairs, and as a representative and liaison
for the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen’s University,
Kingston.

Sreenath Munukuru - Senior Software Engineer

A Honours Phd Graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from
Nagarjuna University India. Post graduate diploma in Computer
Applications. Nagarjuna University, India Over 4 years of extensive
experience in Satyam Computer Services Ltd as a Software Engineer.
Sreenath’s work includes design, project management and development of
web-based applications using object-oriented technologies like C++ and
J2EE. He has worked in Virtual Access Ireland as a software engineer for
nearly 2 years and is now in his third year with 3Procure Technologies.
With 8 years experience Sreenath is our Senior Software Engineer.

Liam Dunne - Software Engineer |

Liam started work as an Actuarial Trainee in Norwich Union Ireland in
1994, moving over to IT in 1997. A graduate of the Masters
in High Performance Computing, and BSc in Computer
Science, Trinity College Dublin. He
worked for the previous 5 years both as a Visual Basic programmer and a
application developer in XML/ASP/JavaScript for Scottish Provident
Ireland and Abbey National Ireland. He has also lectured on a part-time
basis in the Institute of Art Design & Technology, Dun Laoghaire.
